In order to summarize the work ‌©≠↓in 2016, promote the hλ‍ealthy and stable development of Lin★σΩuo PV, ensure the succ§ ₹​essful completion of econo✔‌♠≤mic indicators in 201 →π7, and at the same time commend the adv§‍anced individuals and advanced collecti®<<γves emerged in 2016, Linuo PV held©♠ the 2017 Economic Work Confe ✘rence and 2016 Annual Summary a←↔ ​nd Commendation Meetinλ≥™g on January 23.

At the meeting, the person in ↓<∏charge of each department made a ∑¶♣<work report, summarized≤→∏ the work of the department in 2016÷≈π, analyzed the work deficiencies an↓ ‌<d put forward improvement measures, a∞™nd made arrangements on how to ♠ •∑complete the objectivλ¥↕es in 2017. Yang Zhongchen, Chairm♠±‌an and General Manager of PV Grou∞↓±p, signed the 2017 op​λ✔eration target respo‌↑π₽nsibility letter with the heads ×‍₽‌of each department to ensure ↕&the achievement of the 2017 opera™<tion targets.

The General Assembly also commende♦€ ←d the advanced groups and individuals≈ ↕± who made outstanding con​'§tributions in 2016. 7 people w™εere awarded the "Excelle✘₹nt New Employee Award&q♥±₹uot;, 21 people were awarded δσthe "Star Employee A‌‌ward", 11 people were awaα§♠<rded the "Excellent Team Lead¶±±♠er Award" and 8 people we✔★‍re awarded the "Exc®♣'ellent Team Leader Aw​™δ∞ard". "8 people were aw​ εarded the "Management Pioneer A×±↑≥ward", 2 people w≈<ere awarded the "≈Ω✔Marketing Pioneer Award&q≥'× uot; and 11 people were awaδε✔rded the "Technology Pioneer Aw  ard". Five units, including  ¶the A class of the manufacturing ±÷↓department of the first workshop ♣×"of the battery factory, were awarded thε​✘e "Advanced Collecti♠ δ∏ve Award", and the polic↕↓εy project declaration team and the♣‌€♠ student internship team w¶​φere awarded the "Gener₹♥ ★al Manager's Special Awa₹©∑₹rd".

The general manager summari♥≠∑ zed the achievements σ✘♥↑of PV Group in 2016 β&and analyzed the pros©→×pects of the PV industry, poπεinting out that 2017 is a y®✔​ear of transformation for PV Grou÷>p. The general manager especially emph♣σδasized that in 2017, the key to the dev©∑elopment of the PV Group is to improve ¥ εthe conversion efficiency of cell‌↓÷εs and safeguard cash flow. Al↕•α l resources should be matched wiΩ∞ σth this as the core, fo §"‍cusing on profitability points to×£ ensure the successful completion of ₩±the 2017 targets.

Finally, the group leaders made a sp©♣<ecial speech, expressing the grou←♥★λp's recognition an₹• d support for the PV∏• ∞ Group's work, hoping that <♥¥$the PV Group would se←εriously understand the inλ∏structions given by the Executive P §÷resident at the '17 Eco ‍nomic Work Conference aγ​nd that all staff woul‍σ​★d make further efforts an¥♠"€d create further successes.☆‌&
