The factory selected outstanding female• staff representatives to partic♠§ipate in the on-site organi≠€₩sation of the tea-flower se↕©minar, which revolved ar♣§≤ound issues such as car✘ε≤♠ing for staff and training for wome¥©&n, strengthening the•♦ self-confidence, sens↓↔βσe of belonging and cohesion£✘ of female staff.
