Dr. Zhao Jianhua and Dr. Wang Aihua ar∑₽e both one of the most influential expe±₽rts in the photovoltaic industry. In 19 ≤89, Dr. Zhao receivedγγ∑ a Ph.D. Dr. Wang Aihua,ε® who is also a doctor of electrical↓↔≤ engineering at the Unive§™rsity of New South Wαλales, has also been φ↕✔πresponsible for importanα₽α¥t research tasks in the Advanc✔≥ed Silicon Photovolt>σαaic and Photonics Resea→≠☆'rch Center of the Univers✔ £¥ity of New South Wales for a long Ωβ∞€time.
In 1999, Dr. Zhao Jianhua and Dr. Wan↕ ♥•g Aihua jointly created a monocryst←alline silicon solar cel©✘'l with a conversion efficiency of 24. 7% (in 2008, due to the modification of♠<σ the solar spectrum by theλ→<σ world authoritative organizat'☆ion, the efficiency record of this m≥↓onocrystalline silicon &cell was revised to 25.0%) and Th×↓e world record for the conversion ef≈€£ ficiency of polycrystalline silicon solΩ<↑•ar cells is 19.8%. This efficiency has λβmaintained the world record fo♥r the photoelectric convers∑☆πion efficiency of monocrystallineδ•→" silicon and polycrystalline sεilicon solar cells and comβφponents for 18 consecutive years, and h↑≈&®as not yet been broken.δ≠☆
Dr. Zhao Jianhua has ≠£published 65 papers in severa☆₩l scientific journals, and also<™↕ published 107 papers and 3↓σ↓2 research reports in international sci∞π•entific conferences,β'∑ actively promoting the spread and a'•pplication of photovoltaiσ"εcs. In recognition of the₹εir outstanding contribu♠λtions, the Australian government Awarde±÷d the Advance Global Austraε&₹lian Awards 2013 (Out&δ'standing Australians) to tw♠÷φo Ph.Ds.
