On June 25, 2015, the National Adv 'anced Technology Photovoltaic β♠Demonstration Base in thδ±£πe Coal Mining Subsidence Areα↕★→a of Datong City, Shanxi Prov♠♣☆←ince became the first approved pr€§πoject of the "Photovol♠π>taic Top Runner" program of the<₩•≠ Energy Bureau. As of June 30, 2016, ®$★the Datong "Top Runner" 屧project All 1GW projects in the first p✔§hase were successfully×€←" connected to the griφ±&d. This year, the Nationa↓≈±'l Development and ReΩ→form Commission launched a↔♦₹₹nother 5.5GW "Top R₩☆★unner" project, and the pr©♣φ✔oportion continues to increase. The market prospect is promising.
So how to define "top runner&σ★€quot;? According to the ε↓∞×"Energy Efficiency Top Runner Sy±≥stem Implementation Plan" ↔→↕αissued by the National>' Development and Reform Commi©∞∞ssion and other eight departmen $ts on January 8, 2015,≤Ω the so-called "energ±→∏"y efficiency leader" refers to prΩ™oducts and enterprises ¶with the highest ener∏ gy utilization efficiency within thΩ↕φ e comparable range or ↓γ$units. The National Developm¥Ω 'ent and Reform Commission will ©<formulate incentive policies wit★"h relevant departments to en™ ≤☆courage technology research and de≠'velopment, publicity and promot≠®αion of energy efficiency &quσπot;leader" products. The "Photovoltaic Leade₩φ&>r" is a specialπ ♠ program that promotes≤≥≈ the application of advanced photov£λ✔oltaic technology products and indu↔''strial upgrading, and stren≤∏©gthens the quality management of →∞ photovoltaic products and pro& λjects.
In 2015, "leader&quo←₽✔t; advanced technology products ¥>should reach the following indic→ €♣ators:
(1) The photoelectric conv↕αersion efficiencies of polycrystalli♦★γne silicon cell component∏s and monocrystalline silic←♦♦on cell components reach 16.÷♥γ5% and 17% respectively;
(2) The photoelectric conversio→•↓♠n efficiency of high-≤★α"power concentrated photovoltaicσε modules reaches more than 30%;
(3) The photoelectric conversion →¥γεefficiencies of silicon-based, co¥→pper indium gallium sel∞≈€±enide, cadmium telluride and other ©✘thin-film battery components reach 1π¶2%, 13%, 13% and 12% respec↔↓≈>tively.
